Hello, I’m Vicky Midwood, a holistic fitness health & wellness coach who finally achieved food freedom for myself in my forties after decades of helping others improve their health and relationship with their body and food, while still struggling with my own.
I personally understand the frustrations and shame of not being ‘normal’ around food and the health issues that can result after years of fad dieting, purging and using exercise or alcohol just to get through the day which means that I coach you through the steps to being able to eat freely for life with empathy and compassion.
