I’m Suzanne, a Nutritional Therapist (BSc), Positive Psychology Coach (MSc), and a proud mum of boys. With over 20 years in the wellness field, and as a midlife woman myself, I love to guide incredible women like you through the midlife / menopause journey, tackling the physical and emotional hurdles that come your way.
Most women I work with have been in a lifetime battle with their weight and body image – often emotionally eating due to stress, low mood, exhaustion, anxiety or all of the above. But, if you’re tired of the endless battle with yo-yo dieting and the associated guilt, shame and negative self-talk, it’s time to try something new. I was, so I know firsthand that traditional ‘scale-led’ weight loss methods do not work. In fact, they compound the problem, as every time we ‘fail’ we chip away a little bit more of our self-worth, and probably reach for food to fill the growing void.
Eating Freely offers a structured, yet flexible, programme that works. We’ll use it’s unique and effective combination of CBT, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and Nutritional Rehabilitation to help you to unpick the root causes of emotional and binge eating, with me supporting you every step of the way. Over 3 to 6 transformative months, we’ll work to reshape your relationship with food and yourself. You’ll walk away with a wealth of knowledge and tools to support long-term sustainable change and well-being.
