I decided to specialise in this area because I used to use eating disorders as a coping mechanism for my life, so although I don’t live in your shoes, I’ve certainly owned a pair like them. I was completely entrenched in the starve/binge cycle and now I am completely free. It’s an amazing place to be and to help someone else through the journey and out the other side is a privilege – and completely awesome!
I offer support, guidance and understanding in a compassionate and motivational way. I believe that encouragement, kindness, accountability and a bit of hard work on your part will get you where you want to be.
There are loads of practical tools to help you, lessons in neuroscience so you can understand yourself better and the all important help in developing self compassion that we all need, but often struggle to give ourselves.
