I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist with a strong interest in eating behaviour. Having post-graduate degrees in Weight Management, and Psychology, together with additional training in Intuitive Eating, and ACT, I partner with those who want to understand, and become comfortable with, their eating. My approach is individualised and considers all factors contributing to the ‘why, when, what and how’ of the way we choose to eat.
The Eating Freely programme, combining elements from neuroscience, mindfulness, compassion work and nutritional rehabilitation, offers a clear and structured approach to anyone wanting to step away from frantic eating and embrace gentler nutrition.
