There are 12 cards for each energy. This is an Air Card - which represents your emotional energy.

2. On the back of the card, you have your Guidence - on this card we're talking about how hard it can be for some people to cut loose and have fun!

3. Then in the ebook you have a deeper dive into the theme of this card - and for this card, it starts like this:

This week, plan to do something fun. This means something that you will enjoy just for the sake of doing it. There’s no result or end goal, just enjoying the activity and the moment.

Go to a lighthearted movie to have a laugh.

Look up ‘things to do’ in your area and pick something that will just be fun to try – go karting? Water park? Fun fair? Do not pick anything you can worry about being good at!

Put regular ‘fun dates’ in your diary. Could you do a fun activity once a month?
